We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again. The Ambra Palace is very nicely decorated and furnished and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a highlight and really set you up for the day. Central Rome is quite small and although the hotel is not in the absolute heart of the tourist,area most famous venues are within easy walking distance....

Rooms were of good standard and very well maintained.There had been a refurbishment since last time we were there in 2008 to modernise the bathroom. Breakfast was of good standard with plenty of choice and plenty of coffee refills.The time for breakfast was very convenient,not finishing until 11am on the weekend. The staff are very friendly, courteous and most helpful, they were able to recommend a fab eating place not far away which was great since it was snowing heavily at the time. It was our second visit to the hotel and this time we took three other friends with us and we were not disappointed. Good value for money....

My daughter and I stayed at the Ambra Palace for five days and can`t fault it. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, often going that bit extra to make our stay a good one. The twin room we had was spacious, (often not the case in Rome hotels), and the hotel is brilliantly positioned for the Termini station which allows easy access to all major sights. Staff were always on hand to advise and help with our excursions. The buffet breakfast was delicious and we always enjoyed drinks in the bar (with all the free nibbles we were given as well)! We`ll definitely stay there again!...

Hotel was lovely and staff were very helpful. Rooms are clean and offer tea and coffee facility, fridge and tv. We will definitely use this hotel again....

Would highly recommend this hotel. Only slight concern was the surrounding area but extremely quiet although a lot of people just "hanging around"...
