We arrived 3 hours before check in but our room was available and we able to have it early. Friendly staff, room was very clean and comfortable. Lots of choice at breakfast. We will definitely use Clayton crown again when we see another show! Thank you!...

Beautiful hotel buildings. Breakfast fab. Enjoyed luxury cream tea at the hotel. Parked at hotel for £15 a night. Took bus no 16 straight to Victoria for Wicked musical. Caught tube from Kilburn (ten min walk from hotel) into the West End the previous day. Hotel bedroom has air con you control so room didn`t get too hot as is often the case....

Couldn`t fault hotel at all, location & parking were a bonus. We didn`t use the facilities as we hadn`t time, busy schedule. Checking out, nearly had heartattack, gentleman receptionist said I hadn`t paid and wanted to charge me again on checking again he admitted he`d made error , relief..... great overall...

Nothing was too much trouble. Little disappointed that swimming lessons took over the pool so we couldn`t use it but no buggy...

The room was very comfortable well equipped and quiet. The hotel public amenities` were generally good. During our the 3 night stay, we had one breakfast which was good, with a range of cooked and continental choices. We also dined in the Pan Asian restaurant one evening and had a very enjoyable meal. The only other choice for evening dining was from the bar menu, as there was no other option available, this may be a minus point if guests intend to eat every evening in the hotel. We also had a `cream tea, which was excellent! The biggest plus for this hotel is the outstanding staff, who were helpful, friendly and very considerate in attending to all our needs....

Lovely hotel , shame didn`t take swim wear . Booked this due to car parking but wish I had just paid for 24 hour parking close to a hotel near the theatres. So much time wasted navigating the transport in and out of the city centre, and especially when only there overnight . Our room huge and stylish , bathroom also huge and stylish. Definitely recommend if staying out of the city....

Luxury hotel situated a few miles from the west end, loved our stay. The rooms were spacious and well decorated and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would def come back and stay here again....

I wasn`t expecting the Hotel to be so nice to be honest. The receptionist was so helpful, the room was fabulous, even though I did miss an outside window to open. Breakfast was amazing. My two sons and I just had a great stay and when we are able to have another treat up in London, will will most definitely want to stay at the Clayton! Thank you!...

Lovely relaxing he`ll, perfect for our sightseeing around London. Breakfast lovely, the staff are excellent. Swimming pool heated & right next to our room.! & a good nights sleep!...
