The Crucible theatre, best known as the venue for World Snooker tournaments since the 1970`s, is 20 minutes walk away. Part of a group of theatres in Sheffield it also hosts drama and music performances as does The Lyceum Theatre, which is also 20 minutes walk from the hotel and presents productions touring the UK. There is plenty of Sheffield`s culture and history to explore at the Millennium Galleries which are within 20 minutes of the hotel. This area is also the home of Sheffield Winter Garden, one of the largest glass houses built in the UK in the last century and contains thousands of plants from around the world. Sheffield City centre also has a vibrant night life and there are many bars and restaurants within walking distances of the hotel.

BY TRAIN: Exit Sheffield Railway station onto Suffolk Road and take a sharp left onto Shoreham Street. After 0.3 miles the road continues onto St Mary`s Road. After about 0.2 miles take the left turn onto Bramall Lane (at the roundabout) the hotel is approximately 0.3 miles on your left. BY CAR FROM M1: At junction 31 of the M1 take the A57 exit to Sheffield. After 0.3 miles follow signs for the A57 Sheffield Parkway and A61 to Brammal Lane/A621. When you come to the roundabout take the 1st exit for A57, at the next roundabout take 2nd exit and stay on A57. After 1 mile there is another roundabout, take the 1st exit to Chesterfield Road/A57. Continue on through the next 2 roundabouts taking the 2nd exit for A57 each time. There will be another roundabout after 0.4 miles take the 3rd exit and stay on A57. Drive on for about 3 miles and at the roundabout take the 1st exit to stay on the A57. Use the right hand lane to merge onto Sheffield Parkway/A57 via the slip road leading to the city centre. Keep left to stay on Sheffield Parkway. At Park Square Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Sheaf Street/A61. Using the 2 right hand lanes turn slightly right on to St Mary?s Road. Keep left and stay on St Mary?s road. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Bramall Lane the hotel will be on your left.
