The Cumberland is one of London`s most renowned hotels and is superbly positioned by Marble Arch. Upon arrival you enter a huge and uplifting space that is more a gallery of contemporary art and design than a hotel lobby. This inspiring hotel places the shopping options of Oxford St and Mayfair within minutes walk. The W1 West End address means you are in the throng of West End theatres and restaurants. Please note: The hotel is currently under refurbishment. The main entrance will be closed from 11/3/2019-30/04/2019 and guests can only access the hotel via the 20 Great Cumberland Place entrance. As this entrance is not accessible for guests with mobility issues, the hotel will be unable to accommodate guests with mobility issues during this period. Also, as part of the Oxford Street Improvement Project there is some work being carried out on the shops outside the hotel, this is carried out between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

Each ensuite bedroom has been carefully and individually designed. The rooms boast Plasma or LCD TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, Egyptian cotton sheets & power showers. The Brasserie at the Cumberland serves a menu of classic European dishes with a distinctly British twist throughout the day in a relaxed and informal setting. BY TUBE: The nearest tube station is Marble Arch on the Central Line. Exit Marble Arch station on the north side of Oxford Street (Exit 1). Turn right towards Marble Arch and take the first right (almost immediately adjacent to Marble Arch underground station) into Great Cumberland Place, where you will find the hotel`s main entrance (less than 1 min walk from station).
FROM HEATHROW (18 miles): Take the Heathrow Express train (every 15 minutes) to Paddington Station. A taxi ride from Paddington will take 10 minutes to get to the hotel. Alternatively you can catch the Heathrow Airport Bus Service that stops on Oxford Street. When you are Oxford Street you will need to turn right onto Great Cumberland Place where you will find the main entrance of The Cumberland.
