Staff at the hotel were very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was well presented and always refresh with the cook breakfast remaing hot. The accomodation is not sized as the larger Hilton Hotels would usualy be but is typical of hotels in and around the city centre areas. The usual and expected quality from the Hilton is eveident. All in all a very good base to visit all of the site London has to offer...

Really impressed with the hotel. Great location for the West End theatres. Front desk, helpful and very polite. Check in and out simple and fast. Concierge very knowlegable and helpful. Rooms exceptionally clean and quite comfortable. Superb breakfast. Only fault I could think of would be cheap quilts on the bed and the bed was a bit small compared to what we are used to (Only a standard double). Everything else perfect! Would highly recommend this hotel....

we stayed in the same hotel last year and were very disappointed with our room. however it is now changed to doubletree and we had a very enjoyable stay. our room was lovely with plenty of toiletries and the breakfast was excellent. the staff were friendly and helpful. we have just returned home and am disappointed as i have just tried to book the hotel in december for two nights with friends and they are sold out! thats a good sign. jennifer...
