Nothing was to much. Very helpful and friendly, when we asked about using the tube, the staff member asked where we were going and said the it would be best to use a mix of bus and tube. Even explaining which ones to use. We had a wonderful time....

Beautifully clean room and public areas, friendly helpful staff - loved the super friendly Irish waiter at breakfast ( sorry can`t remember his name). Journey time into central London easy....

What a lovely hotel, really accommodating friendly staff, comfortable clean room, great careline that will supply free of charge essentials, fantastic breakfast, will go back....

This hotel is in a nice quiet area of London, large rooms, good service, great buffet breakfast will definitely stay again. Tesco express across the road useful....

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel location was close to buses and trains. We will definitely be staying in this hotel again....
