Overall very happy at Hotel Ronda

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and our only comment on the questionaire was that the bed was very hard making it difficult to get a good nights sleep. This however changed when we went for a last wander around as our flight was later in the day and we got soaked in a very heavy down pour. We returned to the hotel where we had left our luggage and asked if there was a room where we could possibly dry of and get into some dry clothes. We were told no and that the only facility available was the toilet downstairs. We were very disappointed by this as there were several guests all in the same position trying to use one ladies/gents toilets. We feel it would have been better to allow people into a couple of rooms for very short times just to get changed and do not believe that every room in the hotel was full at that point. I realise that rooms have to be cleaned for new arrivals but feel the hotel could have accommodated guests who had given their custom in the previous days....
