We arrived an hour early and were checked in immediately as our room was ready. When my wife said we had come to see a show for her birthday, they gave us complementary drinks of our choice I thought it was a nice touch.the staff are polite and can`t do enough for you. A wonderful hotel somewhere we would definitely recommend....

Everthing of the standard you expect from a good quality chain hotel, the staff were pleasant and helpful, even the cleaners were chatty and asking if they could help me. My only negative comment is the air conditioning in the room was noisy, not excessive during the day but i had to turn it off at night as it was distracting when trying to sleep....

This hotel is faultless. Being bank holiday weekend it was very full and there were various functions going on. We were put on the 10th floor so as not to be disturbed by the noise....and we weren`t. An excellent breakfast is also a bonus....
