excellant hotel was really impressed with the staff especially lady on the desk. food was really enjoyable and plenty of it.. would definitely stay there again....

On our recent weekend stay we thought that the hotel was in a prime location, staff very helpfull and friendly, food was of a high standard and would not hesitate to stay at the Mount Royal again and would recommend to friends....

A perfect choice for our trip -on the weekend of the Edinburgh Marathon. Also the service, reception , bar and restaurent were without fault. Very fair pricing too. Thoroughly recommended!...

we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. the food was very nice. everything was there for us to choose from for the breakfast. the staff were particulary pleasant and helpful....
