Customer Service and cleanliness was excellent. The only problem found was the bathroom was on the small side for single occupancy...

Really good hotel in an excellent location. Stayed three nights with a friend (end February), we had two single rooms which were actually doubles, and it did not seem that were palmed off with inferior rooms because of the solo occupancy. Plenty big enough by european city standards and spotlessly clean and warm. All staff were extremely helpful at all times. The breakfast was everything you could want,and the bar is also very good. Many good restuarants within easy stroll, and although Metro and busses are very handy, all major sights of interest easily walkable....

Couldn`t fault the River Palace. Lovely , friendly,helpful staff. A stones throw from the Piazza di Popolo so within walking distance of all the major sights. Hotel bedroom excellent, with free fruit on arrival and chocolates every evening and the breakfasts are to die for! Happy hour in the hotel bar must`nt be missed when all drinks are half price.Wish we could have stayed longer. Three nights is not enough. This is a hotel which really lives up to your expectations. The location allows you to experience all major attractions within the gateway of Piazza del Popolo and walking distance. Service standards are very high. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is the best I have experienced and would accommodate all tastes. I will definitely return without hesitation...

We really enjoyed our stay. All the staff were very helpful from reception who made us most welcome to room service which also provided a daily weather forcast (which was very useful). While the room was on the small side it was comfortable and the staff made our stay most pleasent. We would go there again when we go back to Rome....

good location with excellent links. also everything within walking distance. a good area (we felt very safe). high standard in the hotel also. the small touches we found very pleasing ie, weather reports, making the bed ready for sleeping, laundry bags in the room. overall the best capitol hotel we have ever stayed in. we strongly reccomend a stay....

A really first class central hotel - we were able to walk to all the attractions, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum, Vatican etc. We had read that the bedrooms at the hotel were small - we didn`t think so - they were beautifully decorated, spotless bathroom and bed linen etc and towels changed every day. The breakfast was first class, the staff courteous and very helpful - nothing too much trouble. We would recommend this hotel VERY HIGHLY qnd we would certainly stay here again....
