"Interesting decor!"

This hotel is in an ideal location for public transport. The hotel itself is spotless, and although the restaurant was closed during our visit, breakfast was delivered to our room at a time to suit.

"Not prepared for visitors."

No one warned us of the very noisy work being carried out on the hotel.Arrived at 1330, sent away until 1400. Still room not ready. Sat in lobby for further 30 minutes.Wi-fi signal weak. Could not connect anywhere in hotel.Very poor organisation for such a big company.Breakfast was booked on check in, no-one told the restaurant staff.

"refurbishment spoiled what would otherwise have been a good experience"

This is a pretty good hotel, located close to Liverpool Street. Stayed here many times previously but due to a very significant refurb there is noise disruption and related issues. I really do think these hotel chains should offer a credit automatically or reduce the price, do something. Our room was changed to a fully refurbed room, which was great. However, loud drilling throughout the afternoon disturbed (in fact stopped) me having a snooze. Still a good hotel however so recommended once refurb work is completed!

"Nice hotel, comfortable rooms and good location."

This is a nice hotel - comfortable and reasonably stylish. I am very glad, however, that I got reduced rates for the room and breakfast. Prices are very high for this slightly more upmarket Premier Inn.

"Very Nice Hotel."

This is a very nice clean hotel with friendly staff and very knowledgeable concierge, Catered for your every need.It was a little way from the nearest underground station.But not a problem for people who are willing to exercise a bit. All round good hotel and will be booking again in the future.

"Great Hotel, polite staff - would book again"

Booked in for an overnight stay as we were out for a friend`s birthday in the area. We were upgraded to a Club room immediately - the check-in was swift and informative and the room was very spacious. Breakfast the next morning in the Globe restaurant offered some great views of London, the food was good and the staff helpful. Would book again.

A great hotel in a convenient location for a fun weekend. The staff were really helpful and flexible with arrangements. The check out time was perfectly decent and breakfast is served til 11.30am so amazing when having a late night in town.

"Very good modern hotel but 10 minutes from nearest tube station"

The hotel is a modern well presented hotel with friendly staff. Room very good. Bar was empty and after purchasing a drink I understand why, it cost £9.50 for a bottle of budweiser and a bacardi and coke. Food was very good and service at breakfast was nice and friendly and prompt. The drawback the hotel has is the location it is a definite 10 minute walk from the nearest tube station Liverpool Street.

"Smart hotel with friendly staff, amazing views and comfortable rooms"

Breakfast was very slow, hardly any condiments on the table, no cereal bowls at the buffet, two plain yogurts on display and overall slow service despite appearing to be fully staffed and not full in the restaurant. Despite this, the stay was very enjoyable.

"One the best hotles I have stayed in recently"

Rooms here have been well thought out and planned. The bathroom was well-equipped, with a fantastic shower. Beds / pillows / bedding high quality and comfortable. Good design and high quality fittings made this hotel a pleasure to stay in. Staff were helpful and attentive. I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza (Shoreditch) and look forward to staying there again.

"Nice hotel but a few hiccups."

The hotel was of a good standard which was quite refreshing considering the location which was a bit run down. The food served in the main restaurant was very good however we found food ordered via room service was not too impressive, stone cold to be precise. We felt we spent too much time chasing people for trivial things, i.e can we have a knife and fork, could we have some tea please and is there any bread with this when there should have been?Also watch your bill if you are going to touch anything in the mini bar as we were charged for items that we moved in the bar but never consumed. Having said the above, any problems were quickly and courteously responded to and we would not hesitate to re-book with such a hotel again.
