Lovely hotel, conveniently situated. Spotlessly clean. Room was basic but everything we needed,bed was extremely comfortable.We enjoyed a meal in the Recess dining room where we received excellent service

"Great location & friendly staff"

Had a lovely 2 night break. Easy walk from Temple Meads station. Close to the shopping centres and old part of Bristol, all very walkable. Nice sized clean room with fridge and kettle. Recess restaurant had a nice choice of food and drink.

"Perfect location"

We have stayed in this hotel when it was run by Mint and it was very good then. Now Hilton have taken it over it is even better. The rooms are contemporary, comfortable and scrupulously clean. The breakfast is also first class. We stay here twice a year and will continue to do so.

"Good hotel and excellent service from Hotel Direct"

Hotel good, my only gripe is that two people were booked in to a double room but they only provided one bathrobe. Hotel Direct were, as always excellent and handled everything with speed and effeciency.
