"Fantastic facilities and welcoming staff. Rooms are very clean and smart."

Very enjoyable experience, locality to the shops were valuable. It was worth it value for money.

"Superior room???!! Nothing superior @ all?!?"

Room sold as superior.. The room was very small, when questioned they said this was their standard room.. Standard rooms are sold as superior rooms?? I compared the prices with the likes of the Dorchester where I normally stay etc and went was this one cos the room was sold as superior, so I thought I was getting more for my money! Also location wise, we had to get taxis to most places which were costing an average £20...

"overpriced - rooms small "

"Dont stay here."

For the price paid this hotel is poor with small rooms.The tiny champagne bar which serves pricey cocktails was full of (high class) prostitues.
