hotel was fine for what we required,a late overnight stop after arriving at airport ,friendly enough check in ,basic room but ok for a quick sleep

Reception staff friendly and helpful, room clean, bed was awful, like a bag of spuds, tv was tiny but worked, bit noisy area due to traffic, overall was ok apart from the lumpy mattress

Pre-booked, easy checkj-in by friendly staff. Room clean and roomy, really comfy bed. If in the area will use again.

"Good for a quick overnight stay"

In need of upgrading. Heating not working in room - Electric heater supplied did not work either.Staff were great and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good.Much better than the booking experience A third room booked direct gave a much better experience of on-lone booking - I will go dorect next time!

water in hand basin very slow to drain and the basin had not been cleaned it was still scummy from previous occupants

"car park very badly littered and uncared for did not make a good first impression"

it cost only £20 for the room which was ok but the hotel gives the impression of being unloved it needs some TLC.Graffitti even in the lifts and a big sign on entrance door money not kept overnight did not inspire confidence
