"Absolutely fantastic hotel, rooms are modern and very clean with all amenities in the room. "

On arrival we were given hot chocolate by the lovely Irish Receptionist (it had been snowing), checked in very quickly and shown to our rooms. She could not do enough for us and was even there first thing the next day! All the staff were very polite and spoke to us when they saw us. Our room was fantastic, I had a double and friends had a twin, each with a great bathroom, seating area in the bedroom and ameneties you would expect. I will certainly be going back there if I even stay in Manchester again.

"Excellent staff and Good Location"

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the hotel, apart from the minor hiccup that they didn`t seem to be expecting us arriving on the day needed to check our details. The room are clean and very excellent ambiance. It is a bit noisy with the traffic at night, but nonetheless, staff are friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be booking the same hotel in the future.

"reception and check in was slow and room was shown as double but we got a twin"

room was delightfully hot very spacious breakfast good with ample choice would recommend the stay
