"Convenient "

The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you. There is no wifi available above the 1st floor. I tried to connect several times from the hotel room. I called the FD to confirm the password. I then went down to the FD and connected successfully. The FD attendant told me that the wifi network does not work well above the restaurant level. She is right. When I returned to my room (508), the wifi connection was lost, and I was unable to reconnect. To check my email, I went and stood outside the restaurant so I could connect to the network.

As isaidinthe review card in my room, I would have appreciated knowing of the change of ownership of the hotel before I arrived in the U.K. I have stayed several times at the Gatwick MoatHotel,and was satisfied with the amenities, so booked in again. I was totally confused when the shuttle us driver told me" You mean the Gatwick Airport Inn!"

"We were delighted with our stay with Gatwick Moat House."

One minor issue was the lack our headroom (6 Feet) at the entrance to the car park, our vehicle was unable to enter as we drive a Landrover, we were permitted to park in the staff car park. Other than this one small issue we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly recommend you to friends and family. Many thanks.

"Midnight arrival at Gatwick North 26/12/12, Shutle bus at end of stands, not good."

Checkin on arrival easy, room very good, tea and coffee available, good nights sleep, no noise from busy road, full breakfast avilable and well worth the cost, would stay again and would recomend

"It was just an average stay"

The bed was hard. The bin wasn`t take out. No toilet brush. Our next door was noisy. Can easly hear them. In the restaurantThe food was over price and small amout of food only. The car parkingWas tight and narrow. Thank you for an average stay. Mr Hughes.
