An excellent hotel, first class bedroom and first rate food. Staff helpful and considerate.

"Electrical fault with socket caused by kettle fault delt with 15 mins good"

But never received a replacement kettle not good

"Fantastic"

We booked a secret hotel which was the xxxxx in Liverpool Street. This was a beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. We had a lovely evening and the breakfast was equally as yummy. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to add a bit of class to a night away.
