The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The double room booked was VERY small and in order to get a double bed into the room it had to be pushed against a wall. So one person had to climb over the other. There was insufficient room for 2 prow to sit, it was very dark, but it was clean, luckily I was able to upgrade to a room with access to the bed from both sides or I would not have been able to stay. I think the position of the bed should be made clear before booking. Compared to the Travel lodge booked with you 2 weeks ago I know where I would return.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Good position and affordable parking. Only down side is it is attached to Uni residential halls so our room very noisy from their antics.

Staff in reception very cooperative and room was quiet and clean I rated as 4 star, Ahmed staff in reception was very nice and helpful highly recommend to my friends and family
