Hotel staff friendly and helpful from the security staff and upwards.the hotel was clean and modern but being of the older generation found their was not enough information in the room we could`nt work out how to use the light switches and had to ask a member of staff for help.the same applied to the television.then directions to the restaurant

Staff excellent! Only one comment we had to wait a fair while for our room, and we were on a schedule so felt bit stressed.
