"Room with a view of Tower Bridge!"
Staff atvthe hotel were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was comfortable with little extras such as robes, slippers and complimentary mini bar. We stayed B&B and the food was lovely. Also ate at the Vicinity Bar in the hotel, again great good and a fantastic view

"TRULY EXCEPTIONAL"
From the moment we walked through the entrance we knew that we were going to have a fantastic stay . This trip was booked to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary, and this hotel really exceeded our expectations, all staff were very polite and nothing was too much trouble, hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and very well situated for tours, food again was fresh and very well presented .

We had a very pleasant stay at The Tower Hotel which overlooks Tower Bridge and the Thames. Service in the hotel was very good and the staff were lovely. We would definitely go again.

"No air conditioning."
Whilst the hotel rooms appear to have air conditioning, it is merely a fan that circulates the air. Our room was 27 degrees and remained at that level throughout our stay. Reception blamed the age of the building for not having cooling air con, then provided a free standing fan, which helped a bit. It`s a real shame because the hotel is well located and the room decor is very good. The breakfast was also good, albeit quite expensive.

Concierge is excellent taking our cases so we can explore London, although the Vicinity hotel bar not so great, service outside was very slow & the waiting staff were rubbish asking us for £78 for a bill of £63 + a 12.5% service charge for a rubbish service.The temperature in London was 33 degrees, when we got into our very nice room, the heat hit us, the bathroom radiator was on & the air conditioning wasn`t working, when the maintenance man came up after an hour wait at 12.30 at night, he just said it`s not working due to an upgrade, we were offered a fan that was so loud we couldn`t use it & had a sleepless night, we felt dreadful in the morning, tired, shattered & really disappointed.I wouldn`t come here again, nice room but not worth the high price tag

Firstly we got given a room with guest already in, Then was given a room that was not appropriate or what we booked !The third room was ok clean but very dated, lovely view, until a staff member come barging in unannounced with the master room key while I was in the shower for no reason at all, shame the staff were in very unhelpful and quite rude, would definitely NOT stay here again, purely due to the staff, the room was lovely

Large hotel with plenty of choices for bars/restaurants. The room had fabulous views from the window. Room clean and comfortable, good facilities. The location was excellent for a base to explore St Katharine`s dock and the area around the Tower of London.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Our room overlooked the Thames and Tower Bridge.. London Tower is a short walk away. There is a good choice of restaurants close to the hotel. We stayed for one night only but would definitely come back and stay again.

A few issues upgraded rooms for £365.00 but not as good as we were told also told they would be next to each other but were not. When booking in told to come back for second room when we did they could not find it. We did receive complementary breakfast for the two days. But it was a bit disappointing especially as we paid extra.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummet motsvarade de fyra stjärnorna. Välstädat, bra förvaring och mycket sköna sängar. Lyxigt tjocka handdukar. Mycket god och riklig frukost. Extremt fint läge, vackert och centralt. Nära tunnelbanan.

Comfortable bed, lovely hotel, the lift is a problem. Tried to go from 5th floor to ground it took 10 mins in the lift going up and down every floor full of other people and luggage.

The tower hotel is a great hotel very clean and friendly staff. Room service is very good and plenty of choice for meals. Great location as a base for exploring what London has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay with the tower hotel.

"Lovely Views"
Had a standard double room with lovely view over a harbour and lots of boats. Very quiet and no traffic noise. Breakfast on day 1 was disappointingly cold and the toaster didn`t work very well but Day 2 was much better. Fab walking along the South Bank from the hotel so would definately stay again.

Great location overlooking the Thames & Tower Bridge at the front & amazing city view from our bedroom at the back. Everything you needed & more in the room, comfy bed, bathrobes, toiletries.We didn`t eat in the hotel as there were so many bars & restaurants close by on St Katherine`s Dock.The only downside to our stay was that our room had a connecting door to another room, we could hear every word they said! Especially as they had about 6 friends round each evening which meant we had to turn TV sound up to have any sort of privacy. Next time we will check if possible room allocation.

"Made the weekend magical"
We stayed to celebrate a special birthday, fir a mum and daughter break. The tower view from our room was incredible. So enjoyed having room service and looking out at the river, truly magical. Really comfortable beds, pillows, super clean bath room, lovely helpful staff.
