"Very good location"

The hotel is very well situated next to the xxxxx of London and overlooking the River Thames. Directly behind the hotel is St Katherine`s Docks and all transport links are close to hand. The hotel was very busy and there was a good breakfast deal to be had so its worth waiting till you arrive before committing yourself. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to assist you. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it highly.

"A wonderful weekend"

A `Hidden Gem` it certainly was, well received on arrival and quickly booked in, and then to our room WOW what a view, xxxxx Bridge there in all it`s xxxxxing glory. To the rear views of St Katherine`s Dock, across the Thames Butlers Wharf and the xxxxx of London around the corner. Hotel staff always on hand to answer any questions and to help as required without question. We did not dine in the xxxxx but breakfast was plentiful in choice and quantity. We`ll certainly look to stay here again.

"Very friendly service"

Decor is now tired and needs redoing - particularly in the corridors leading to the rooms, carpets and wallpaper need to be replaced.

"Really good nights sleep but room needed some TLC"

Ideally situated for a weekend visiting the London sites but the room seemed a little tired and in need of an upgrade. The bed was very comfortable and we had an excellent undisturbed sleep.

"Excellent hotel in good location"

The hotel was lovely. It has an excellent view of xxxxx Bridge and is adjacent to the xxxxx of London. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs close by, with access to the centre of London from the nearby tube station at xxxxx Hill.We paid £35 extra per night upgrade for the room with a view of xxxxx Bridge but had a full English breakfast for two included in the ugrade, which represented fairly good value. The accommodation itself was high quality. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

"Great views, nice room, Friendly staff, horrible bed. "

The fact the bed was simply two pushed together was noticable however apart from this the stay was very pleasant, the views of xxxxx bridge and room service made up for the hard bed and nasty pillows.

"The standard of our accomodation was exceptional, totally exceeded our expectation."

Bridge hotel is a well managed, immaculately kept hotel with one of the best London views that my wife and I have ever seen. The marina both in the daytime and night was wonderful and we would highly recommend it.

"Reception desk was undermanned at all times"

We had to switch rooms after the first night because of constant itching and scratching( I think the bed had fleas)The second room given was not up to standard with a/c not working and tv not working. The tv was resolved eventually but we did not want to complain further for fear of becoming as constant naggers

"Excellent Hotel with super views"

Excellent hotel, very clean and very helpful staff. Only down-side was having to pay extra £30.00 per night on arrival for an upgrade as standard double rooms were double-booked. However we also got a complimentary bottle of wine included. We were booked as room-only but were offered full English breakfast at a cost of £20.00 extra per person per night !!! View from room overlooked xxxxx bridge and river Thames. Tea facilities in room but could have done with small biscuit also, as walk from tube included negotiating several flights of stairs. Overall excellent hotel and great value for money. Enjoyed our stay totally.

"Fantastic Hotel, in a great location and value for money."

Experienced a very pleasant stay at the The xxxxx hotel, which is conveniently located along the River Thames, right next to xxxxx Bridge. Approximately 10 minutes walk from xxxxx Hill Station and very easy to find. Fabulous location right opposite Butlers Wharf, where you`ll find excellent restaurants and drinking establishments and a great atmosphere on a beautiful sunny day.

was only there for one night, but perfect location for guests arriving from East Anglia as only 5 minute taxi ride from Liverpool Street station. xxxxx Hill tube station just a short walk away, also perfectly situated near delightful docks with good bars and restaurants. Excellent deal through Hotel Direct as breakfast was delivered to my room as part of the total price.

"Fantastic location, superb views"

The hotel is in a fantastic location with superb views of xxxxx bridge. The room you pay for is a bit tired and basic, however you are given an option on arrival to upgrade to a refurbished room for the additional cost of £20 per night. We negotiated £30 per night extra to include a full english breakfast which was also extremely good. All other aspects of the hotel were fantastic and we would definitely return on our next visit to London.

We booked a twin room. When we came to check in and after declining an upgrade (cost associated) we were told that the hotel was fully booked and would we like 2 executive singles instead - with another fee - and we said no we really wanted the twin that we had booked so then we had to get a manager to `miraculously` find us a room. When we got in the room it unfortunately had extra furniture stacked up in the corner - 2 chairs and a third bed. Room was clean though but very stingy on the complimentary tea and coffee - one sachet each! Won`t be going back in a hurry.

"Newly redecorated rooms were great, and great location."

The newly redorated rooms on our floor were great, shame the heating / cooling system didn`t work, but everything else was great. Brilliant location, 5 minute walk from xxxxx Hill station and next door to xxxxx Bridge.
