Great Location for City Centre, concerts, football ,shopping etc. easy transport links. Very friendly ,approachable staff, more than decent accommodation - would love to stay here again

"Really convenient city centre hotel."

I really liked this hotel. Stayed twice-going & returning from holiday. 2nd time my travel arrangements were messed up & I didn`t arrive till well after midnight. Room held & staff extremely helpful. Will certainly use it again if ever back in Newcastle.

"Very helpful and efficient staff"

We had a room with extra large bed which we found very comfortable. Warm room and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was well presented and delicious. Staff were very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back again. Reception staff were very helpful also.

Making a quick visit for family reasons. Suited my needs very well as a single traveller.Room was warm had everything I needed` Reception helpful cannot comment on food as I did not eat in the hotel
