All double rooms have queen size beds whilst twin and triple and family rooms have 2 doubles (or a double and a sofa bed). All rooms are air-conditioned, have flat-screen TV with satellite channels, telephone, free Wi-Fi, tea & coffee making facilities and hairdryer. The Bloom Bar & Kitchen on the ground floor is open for buffet breakfast every morning and offers an all-day casual dining menu of Internationally inspired dishes.

First time at this hotel but will be back, clean, quiet and room was lovely. Staff pleasant and check in/out very straight forward. Crowne plaza is now our hotel of choice when we come to London...

Hotel is ideally located 10 mins walk to Russell Square tube station which is a very pleasant walk. Rooms are elegant, clean and high standard. Highly Recommend the hotel for its quality and location....

This is a great hotel, we stayed here with children and it was great. Great breakfast and beds, lovely bar area. Ten minutes walk from Kings Cross. We will definitely stay here again :)...

We had a lovely staff at this hotel, very comfortable beds, great toiletries and good facilities in room- iron, hairdryer, fridge, tea and coffee. Breakfast was really good and staff were very friendly. A 10 minute walk to king`s cross and 15 minutes to Holborn tube....

Well kept hotel with everything in room that you need for a short break. We did not have any inclusive meals so can`t really comment although Aneta on desk said they were at full capacity so breakfast would be quite crowded. This was certainly obvious on our check out day. We walked up to a cafe jst up the road which was very nice & plenty of options. We found it a little too far out from Kings Cross & not much around it. About 15 minute walk but only as we had 2 young children & suitcases. Would probably fine for adults & older children....

Hotel was fantastic, clean, warm and welcoming. Staff were very helpful and approachable. Always there to help with London travel advice. Breakfast was excellent too....
