At Brent Cross Interchange, take the third exit toward central London. Take the ramp onto Brent Cross Flyover. Turn right onto Finchley Road, and continue onto Avenue Road. Turn left onto Prince Albert Road. Turn right onto Gloucester Gate Bridge, right onto Osnaburgh Street and continue onto Great Portland Street.
