BY CAR: From Cornwall: Take the junction signposted B3414 Leigham & Estover, then take 4th exit at the roundabout onto B3416. Immediately take the left hand lane signposted for Plympton and continue to the Marsh Mills roundabout. At the Marsh Mills roundabout take the lane marked Plympton. Continue along Plymouth road through 4 sets of traffic lights, you should pass a Texaco Petrol Station on your left. Turn left into Larkham Lane just after the petrol station, then continue along this lane to the T junction and turn right, at the mini roundabout turn left onto Crossways, at the end of Crossways turn left onto Boringdon Hill, the Hotel is situated up the Hill on the left approx. 300 yards.
From M5 Exeter via A38: If travelling on the A38 Devon expressway from Exeter ignore the first sign for Plympton and continue to the next exit sign posted Marsh Mills. At the Marsh Mills roundabout take the lane marked Plympton. Continue along Plymouth road through 4 sets of traffic lights, you should pass a Texaco Petrol Station on your left.
