Built in 1826, The Royal Albion is a Regency Style Hotel located on the city`s seafront enjoying a fantastic situation directly opposite Brighton Pier and adjacent to the Old Steine and war memorial. All of Brighton`s main tourist and commercial sites such as Brighton Conference Centre, the Palace Pier and Brighton Pavilion are just a short walk away. Shopping enthusiasts should head for `The Lanes` for a huge variety of quaint and interesting shops selling jewellery, fashion wear, antiques and gifts. Gatwick Airport is a 30-minute drive away, or 45 minutes by train. BY CAR: Travelling onto the M25 southbound, exit to the left onto slip road at junction 7 (M23 junction 8). Continue straight ahead onto M23 for approx 14 miles then onto the A23 for a further 19 miles. As you approach to the centre of Brighton, take a left turn into Oxford Place followed shortly by a right turn into Ditchling Road. After a further two thirds of a mile turn left onto the A23 St Peter`s Place. At the roundabout take the fourth exit onto Old Steine, where you will arrive at your destination.
FROM AIRPORT: Exit London Gatwick Airport and follow the signs for M23. Keep in the right hand lane for M23 southbound. Join M23 at Junction 9 and continue southwards. The M23 becomes the A23 at Pease Pottage. Continue southwards and you will arrive in Brighton at the Grand Junction roundabout. The Royal Albion hotel can be found immediately on your right.
BY TRAIN: From Brighton Station walk towards the sea. Pass the Clock Tower in the centre of the road continuing to the bottom of West Street, here turn left onto Kings Road and continue walking towards the hotel. The Royal Albion Hotel in Brighton can be found on the left hand side opposite Brighton Pier.
BY BUS: Exit the Pool Valley Bus Station. Walk towards the seafront and At the turn left and the Royal Albion hotel is immediately on your left.
