Set back from Newquay Town Centre the Hotel California is a quiet, family run 3* close to Fistral Beach. The sights and sounds of Newquay town can be easily in just under 15 minutes on foot offering numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Fistral Beach is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel while Towan beach is only 20 minutes away. If you are looking to explore the beautiful Cornish coast line Jet Skis can be hired from Lusty Glaze beach which is just 2 miles away from the hotel.

The 3* Hotel California has 65 ensuite rooms decorated in a traditional style. All of the rooms include as standard a flat screen television, direct dial telephone, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The hotel has a heated indoor swimming pool and an ambient temperature outdoor pool. The onsite sauna and solarium are also available to guests for a small charge. The hotel`s restaurant is open nightly and serves a 3 course evening meal in a room with amazing views over the Gannel Estuary. BY CAR: From the M5 take junction 31 for the A30 towards Bodmin - Okehampton. Take the A39 exit for Newquay - St Columb - St Dennis - Indian Queens and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A39. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto A392 and go straight over the next 2 roundabouts. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A392 - Trevemper Road and continue to follow the A392, go straight over the next roundabout. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit on the left onto Pentire Road. At the cross roads take the left turn onto Pentire Cresent. Stay on Pentire Crescent for .2 of a mile. As the road bends round to the right the hotel is straight in front of you.
BY BUS: Exit at Newquay`s Bus Station and turn right onto Manor Road. Turn right onto St George`s Road and then take a left onto Crantock Street. Continue along Crantock Street and join Atlantic Road. Turn right when you get to Pentire Road and continue until you reach a cross roads. At the cross roads take the left turn onto Pentire Cresent. Stay on Pentire Crescent for .2 of a mile. As the road bends round to the right the hotel is straight in front of you.
