This was our second stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent too...

We booked this weekend for my daughters birthday, the breakfast staff noticed her birthday badge and brought her over a plate with happy birthday and some cakes on it. Then all gathered around to sing to her. It was a lovely gesture that we really appreciated....

Staff were so helpful and pleasant. Room spotless, cosy and warm. Everything we wanted although did look for a biscuit at midnight! Excellent location for site seeing and the theatre....

Having stopped in London a few times this is the best hotel I`ve stayed in. Everyone of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was great the beds were so comfy. So close to the tube, shops, bars and restaurants....

The hotel was very clean and the decor was modern and attractive . I particularly liked the London view across the head board and how it lit up. The room was very welcoming when we arrived. The staff were very polite helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice....
