The hotel is in an excellent area - within walking distance of the Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert and further along the same road will bring you to Harrods. The service received at the hotel was very friendly, attentive, the buffet breakfast was great, rooms were a little tired but I suppose with the vast amount of guests staying here that is to expected in a major city. Would stay here again....

First time stay here, highly recommend. Efficient, helpful staff, convenient location and well priced. Comfortable bed, tea/coffee facilities. Back rooms nice and quiet away from London traffic. Will return....

The staff were very welcoming and super friendly. Makes a real difference when travelling to London. The reception team - Ruth, Daniel and Jubril treated my 6 year old daughters VIPs and they were very pleased with the sweet trolley!!! Thank you! The room we stayed in was comfortable for a family room. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choices. Location was excellent and very easy to find....
