About the show

The Show
The beloved musical comes roaring back to the London stage! Directed by Nikolai Foster with choreography by Dame Arlene Phillips, this electrifying tale of young love has finally returned to the West End for just 26 weeks. It's the autumn of 1958, and high-school seniors Danny Zuko and Sandra Dee have been unexpectedly reunited after a summer romance. But hot-headed Danny, leader of a rowdy gang of greasers, has a bad-boy image to maintain, and his newfound love for the strait-laced Sandra is putting that in jeopardy. Will the pair be able to rekindle the spark they found over the summer, even with the help of Sandra's new friends the Pink Ladies?
Packed with iconic tunes like "Greased Lightnin'" and "Summer Nights", this is a rare opportunity to see one of the world's most popular musicals at the Dominion Theatre, with a fantastic cast including Peter Andre as Vince Fontaine in selected performances. You all know the songs, so give us a call and book your tickets today!

History of Grease
First performed in Chicago in 1971, Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey's Grease was an instant hit. After gathering multiple Tony Award nominations for its 1972 Broadway run, it was adapted for the screen in 1978 by Randal Kleiser, with star turns from John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John. Grease's popularity exploded from there - it even broke the record for highest-grossing live action musical of all time, a record it held until 2012. The stage show, meanwhile, has been performed all around the world, with its 1993 London revival being nominated for an Olivier Award for Best Musical Revival.

Awards and what the critics say
Throughout its 50-year history, Grease has been nominated for 11 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, and 2 Oliver Awards.
