Great hotel, location perfect,we had a lovely room, thank you for the birthday complimentary bottle of wine and hand written card. Made to feel so welcome. Thank you...
The Resident Covent Garden is in a great location for much of central London and theatre-land and has plenty of great eating places nearby. The rooms are modern, well equipped and clean with very comfortable beds. Each room is equipped with a kitchen with fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery, kettle and coffee machine as well as the usual items.. There is also some excellent sound insulation because the traffic was barely audible. Reception staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I have stayed here three times and will definitely be returning....
Very very friendly and adorable staff. We arrived earlier than our check in time and they got us booked in and safely stored our case so we could venture out. They even stored our case after we had checked out to enable us to visit as much as we could on our last day. Rooms are well equipped with all you would expect with the bonus of a microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Would return again....

When the Uber pulled up out side the hotel , I had to confirm he had taken us to correct place, with its large windows and location it looks like a shop. Staff really helpful, room nice and some nice extra touche, such as speakers in teh bathroom....
We booked this hotel as a package deal not knowing what it would be like. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience, the location is amazing Close to Covent Garden and the actual hotel was the biggest surprise.i would definitely go back and would recommend this hotel to anyone going to London....
