Tea making facility would be helpful. Fridge very useful. Free soft drinks much appreciated. Free shuttle service is absolutely super. Risk assessment necessary regarding spa area as the floor surfaces are extremely slippery and dangerous! My wife had a bad fall here and sustained injuries which fortunately did not require hospital treatment....
