The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is handy for the main attractions in the city. It`s about 25 minutes leisurely walk or public transport right outside the hotel grounds. Car parking within the hotel grounds is a bonus....

Clean and comfortable rooms (we booked 3 as a family treat) breakfast was really good and the staff couldn`t have been nicer, we are already planning our next visit...

Stayed here for 2nights , on arrival went to reception very friendly and fast checking in, got to our room lovely and clean everything there we needed, had breakfast what a choose, all staff were friendly , I can`t fault this hotel at all when we come back to Edinburgh this will be our first choose...
