Very accommodating Pleasant reception staff. When approaching my room, I found the neighbours very noisy. I returned to the front desk & the young man immediately gave me a lovely new room. Room service excellent from the order taker to delivery to the wonderful food. This is why I come back every time DJ...

From check in to checkout 4 days later i had no issue at all.Very pleased with this hotel,all the staff well presented and very helpful and friendly.Rooms are in excellent order,very fresh,clean and well appointed.Only ate in the bar area but menu was very good and the food itself was well presented and very tasty.Breakfast was also excellent with a vast choice to eat.Overall could not fault this hotel and will be back,no question about that....

Not going to write a full blown review, but for my first stay in a hotel on my own with my partner it was amazing, would definitely return and everyone was so friendly....

Only disappointment was the coffee at breakfast. Staff very helpful, friendly and professional. Good room large and clean. We enjoyed the 15 min. walk into the city....
