Must be the best positioned and sympathetically converted hotel in Liverpool,Great for all Beatles tours, handy for all site seeing,Breakfast was wonderful and very rare free hot drinks from the machine all day, very friendly and helpful Staff, we loved our 4 days and would recommend,and will return, don`t forget to try the big wheel over the road!!...

What a lovely place to stay. It`s full of character having once been an old warehouse, sympathetically converted to a hotel. Rooms are basic but adequate. There was only a shower in our room, no bath. There is tea and coffee making facilities and an ironing board but no safe. The hotel is situated right on the dock so if you request a dock view, you have a lovely view of the Liver building Highly recommended...

Great location on the waterfront with views over the Mersey. The hotel , formally an old dockyard warehouse, I imagine, is beautifully converted retaining many original features. It was very comfortable, very clean and quiet. Friendly, helpful staff and a good breakfast too! It only enhanced a very enjoyable stay in Liverpool. Thank you ....
