The Natural History and Science Museums in in South Kensington are just one tube stop on the Circle Line. Visitors attending a performance at the Royal Albert Hall will find this hotel conveniently 25 minutes walk away.
All 706 rooms are ensuite and equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi hairdryer, in room safe and tea and coffee facilities. During their stay guests have complimentary use of the in-door swimming pool and Fitness Suite. Treatments are also availalbe at the hotel`s Kensington Health Club & Spa, these should be arranged and paid for directly with the hotel. A very good hotel. All staff polite , helpful and efficient . Shumaila in the restaurant was superb. The concierge staff helped with storing luggage on our last day. Good location . Very convenient for Circle Line....

Stayed for 2 nights at the Holiday Inn Kensington for a break to London with my daughter for her 13th birthday The hotel was in a fantastic convenient location near a tube stop so a great comfortable base to explore London. When we arrived the hotel had decorated the room with balloons, Left a chocolate cake and card which was a lovely surprise and a nice touch The staff were all so friendly and helpful, Max on the door was lovely always smiling, Breakfast was very good and lots of choice, Room was small but clean and comfortable, Great Double shower and Tea and Coffee making facilities Check in and check out so easy and option to leave luggage so could enjoy London on the last day Loved the pool and jacuzzi was open until 10pm which was ideal after a long day sightseeing Would stay again as everything was perfect and would recommend it...

I`ve no complaints at all about this hotel, the rooms are nice and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The complimentary swimming pool and sauna facilities are a nice bonus. I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times now, I can highly recommend it. The rooms are clean and well kept, breakfast is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful. There`s a nice outdoor garden area with a water feature to the side of the restaurant, with plenty of seating. The leisure centre, which is free to use for hotel guests is superb. There`s a large swimming pool, sauna,steam room and a gym. The hotel is also situated in a lovely, safe area, with Hyde Park and Holland park only a few minutes walk away....

Loved the hotel for what we wanted. Room was small but comfy (we were only in it overnight even though we had a 5 night stay (. Breakfast was great, had everything we could want and ran very efficiently, even for such a large hotel. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Not far from Curcle and District tube lines. Would definitely stay again for an inexpensive London break....
