The Crown Hotel

The 3* Crown Hotel Harrogate is an imposing 18th century property overlooking Montpelier Gardens in the heart of this Spa Town. Harrogate railway station is less than 10 minutes away and there is also onsite parking available. Within 3 minutes walk of the hotel, are 19th century Royal Turkish Baths and Pump Room where visitors can take treatments and sample the spring waters. The picturesque town centre with its Victorian architecture has plenty of galleries, boutiques and interesting shops to peruse as well as many bars, restaurants and cafes. The world-famous Betty`s Tea Rooms is also less than 5 minutes from the hotel.

All of the 115 elegantly styled rooms at the 3* Crown Hotel offer traditional furnishing and decor with modern hotel amenities including Free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, iron & ironing board, hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities. BY TRAIN: From Harrogate Railway Station walk west and make a right urn onto Prospect Crescent. Almost immediately turn left onto Cambridge Street and then left onto Cambridge Road and then right onto Cambridge Crescent. Make a slight right onto Parliament Street/A61 and then turn left onto The Ginnel. Continue onto Montpelier Gardens, turn right onto Montpelier Road and the hotel will be on our left.
BY ROAD: From M1 Junction 46 take the B1224 exit for Wetherby & York. After approximately 9.5 miles take the 1st exit from the roundabout onto B1224 and continue for 0.5 miles and take the 3rd roundabout exit onto Deighton Bank/A168. Take the next left turn onto Mark Lane and then turn right onto Main Street/B6164. Continue to follow B6164 for 1 mile and then turn left onto The Green. Continue onto Spofforth Lane which after 0.5 miles turns slightly left and becomes West Lane. Continue onto Deighton Road and then turn right onto Harrogate Road/A661. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Wetherby Road/A661. After approximately 2 miles at Empress Roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Knaresborough Road/A6040. After 0.9 miles at the Price of Wales Roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto W Park/A61. After approximately 1 mile turn left onto Crescent Road, Crescent Road turns left and becomes Montpellier Road and the hotel will be on your right.
