Other than the room being too small to swing a cat it was a great stay. Lovely bed. Amazingly helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast

Nice stay although my only complaint was that the television was a bit outdated, and the tv controller was either low on battery or not working properly because I was stood there trying to turn it off. And it took ages. Maybe the hotel should invest in some new tvs(smart tv). Then it would be very enjoyable.

Hello , our door card was very temperamental and we couldn`t access easily we had to ask for help twice from your housekeeping staff also was looking forward to a hot bath but the bath plug did not work so another trivial let down

"This is our third stay with you. We had to up grade our room because of availability to a premium."

The staff as usual very friendly and helpful.We did have a few little issues with our room 4015, which were sorted out. The breakfast was very good as usual. Overall a very pleasant stay and hopefully we will be back later in the year.

A very good hotel. All staff polite , helpful and efficient . Shumaila in the restaurant was superb. The concierge staff helped with storing luggage on our last day.Good location . Very convenient for Circle Line.

Good breakfast, and service from staff. Room a little tired and very small but clean and comfortable. Heating did not work but on request plug in radiator was supplied and did the the job. Good christmas decorations.Its a pity you cannot pick and choose your guests but such is life. Final point - at times the lifts seemed to have a will of their own. Would stay again. Thanks.

"Fantastic hotel in a lovely location in London would highly recommend"

Stayed for 2 nights at the Holiday Inn Kensington for a break to London with my daughter for her 13th birthday The hotel was in a fantastic convenient location near a tube stop so a great comfortable base to explore London.When we arrived the hotel had decorated the room with balloons, Left a chocolate cake and card which was a lovely surprise and a nice touchThe staff were all so friendly and helpful, Max on the door was lovely always smiling, Breakfast was very good and lots of choice, Room was small but clean and comfortable, Great Double shower and Tea and Coffee making facilitiesCheck in and check out so easy and option to leave luggage so could enjoy London on the last dayLoved the pool and jacuzzi was open until 10pm which was ideal after a long day sightseeing Would stay again as everything was perfect and would recommend it

"Excellent location, staff, breakfast. Room very small."

The room was neat and clean and had the relevant facilities but was a bit of a squeeze. The bathroom mirror had no light which mad shaving a problem for my husband.The wardrobe door could not be fully opened due to lack of space, and it was difficult to walk around the bed. We have stayed st this hotel before but this was the first time for us to have this problem.Staff throughout were delightful,and the location of the hotel is ideal.Breakfast was excellent.

I`ve no complaints at all about this hotel, the rooms are nice and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The complimentary swimming pool and sauna facilities are a nice bonus.The hotel itself is in a good, safe area, a three minute walk from High Street Kensington tube station. "Fabulous hotel "

I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times now, I can highly recommend it. The rooms are clean and well kept, breakfast is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful. There`s a nice outdoor garden area with a water feature to the side of the restaurant, with plenty of seating.The leisure centre, which is free to use for hotel guests is superb. There`s a large swimming pool, sauna,steam room and a gym.The hotel is also situated in a lovely, safe area, with Hyde Park and Holland park only a few minutes walk away.

"Not luxury but great base"

Loved the hotel for what we wanted. Room was small but comfy (we were only in it overnight even though we had a 5 night stay (. Breakfast was great, had everything we could want and ran very efficiently, even for such a large hotel. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Not far from Curcle and District tube lines. Would definitely stay again for an inexpensive London break.

"Perfect location "

Location is excellent, close to lots of restaurants and shops and 2 minute walk to underground. Hotel is very modern and rooms although small are well laid out, fitting in a couch to watch TV, kettle, safe and even a mini fridge. Beds very comfortable and pillows are lush. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
