Great location for getting around London, theatres and West End . Staff really helpful rooms are really clean , Breakfast is really good plenty to choose....
Initial room had loud air conditioning fan outside, however staff acted quickly to move us to a quieter comfy room nearby. Good breakfast choice too....
Great hotel, lovely staff, great restaurants. Always staff here, only two small niggles, bath towels are very small and they really need more lifts. But other than that it`s a great place to stay....
Our classic room was beautifully clean and well equipped only moan I had was that no spoons were provided only sticks to stir drinks with. Sticks are OK when making coffee but leave a lot to be desired when making tea. Breakfasts were excellent as was the pre dinner menu which was very reasonably priced....
Central london hotel. Well located for Oxford Street, Theatre land, China town, Covent garden. Friendly, efficient front of house staff. Our room small but comfortable en suite very good. Great shower. Bed on the soft side for us, slept okay mostly. Enjoyed the breakfast, what ever you wanted, a very comprehensive variety of breakfast. Enjoyed our meal, pre-theatre meal two course for a tenner, good value. I would recommend this hotel. A very cosmopolitan hotel with a wide age group clientele. Will use again when looking for theatre breaks. Thanks...
Recently had an over night stay at the St Giles as part of a theatre break. Lovely hotel, rooms nice and clean, food good, staff helpful...
We had a thoroughly enjoyable one night stay, the room was small but had everything we needed for a short stay. The beds and bedding were really good, as was the bathroom. I had read a review about the breakfast being like a canteen, but again we found it excellent. Very busy, but very efficient and lots of hot tasty food. We were nicely set up for another day of sightseeing. Phenomenal price for such a comfortable hotel in the centre of the theatre district....
This hotel is totally fab. Its immaculately clean. The staff are great and food excellent. This is my second stay and I will be becoming back 128513;...
