The hotel left a card and birthday balloons in the room on arrival, and provided swift service whenever asked. The hotel was perfectly positioned for outings to the theatre and the Covent Garden area....

The hotel is very comfortable with a high standard of cleanliness. The rooms have everything you need with quality toiletries. It is very quiet ensuring a good night`s sleep. The reception team were very welcoming , courteous and went out of their way to be welcoming. We will certainly be staying at this hotel again....

Great staff; very helpful; Excellent and very complete room with a kitchenette incl. Nespresso machine, microwave, fridge; bathroom very good, incl. make-up mirror, powerful hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Location is close to all show theaters and entertainment area (10 min from Leister square by foot)....

The Resident is a modern, very clean, comfortable hotel with very welcoming reception staff. The rooms are a good size, with very comfortable beds. Inside a cupboard is a hidden kitchenette with microwave, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, sink & water filter. The bathroom is lovely with an amazing shower. There is no dining room but you can order breakfast to be delivered to your room. There are also lots of lovely places to eat breakfast close by....
