The 4* Morton Hotel is located in the heart of Bloomsbury, just 2 minutes walk from Russell Square tube station and 15 minutes walk from Kings Cross station. As so many places of interest are accessible on foot, this is a popular area for visitors to the capital, the British Museum in Great Russell Street is only 5 minutes walk away. London`s Theatreland and nightlife is less than 20 minutes walk, as are Covent Garden and Chinatown. West End shops in Oxford Street and Regent Street are easily reached on foot in 25 minutes. Using the underground, landmarks such as Buckingham Palace and The London Eye are approximately 20 minutes away.

The Morton Hotel has 34 rooms tastefully decorated to reflect Bloomsbury`s famous literary history. The traditional style of furniture is blended with modern hotel amenities. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and include 42inch flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, Nespresso machines and hairdryers. All the ensuite bathrooms with under-floor heating and include bathrobes and slippers. The boutique feel continues in the Library Bar where guests can relax and enjoy Afternoon Tea or a glass of champagne before heading out for the evening. Continental breakfast is available every morning (when purchased) as are light snacks throughout the day. Although the hotel does not have its own restaurant, Reception staff will be happy to make recommendations in the local area.

BY TRAIN: From any mainline railway station take the underground to Russell Square, which is on the Piccadilly Line. Exit the station and walk west on Bernard Street towards Herbrand Street. Turn right onto Woburn Place for the hotel.
BY CAR: From the M4, continue onto Great West Rd/A4. After 0.5 miles, turn left onto Larch Drive and then turn left onto Gunnersbury Ave/A406, after 0.6 miles turn right onto Gunnersbury Ln/A4000, pass through 1 roundabout and then after 0.7 miles turn right onto High St/A4000/A4020. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A4000 and after 0.7 miles at the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto Horn Ln/A4000. Go through one further roundabout and then turn right onto Western Ave/A40, continue to follow A40 for 2 miles and keep right to continue on Westway/A40. Follow this route for 2.6 miles and then continue onto Marylebone Rd/Marylebone Flyover/A501 for the next 1.2 miles. Keep right to continue onto Euston Rd/A501and after 0.5 miles turn right onto Upper Woburn Pl/A4200 and the hotel will be on the left.
