The hotel was well placed near tube stations and bus routes, and opposite Kensington Gardens. a fairly quiet position for a London hotel. Very clean, staff were friendly and welcoming. Beds were comfortable. A good breakfast with many choices....

Stayed here end of may, Breakfast was lovely, rooms nice and clean and beds really comfortable, very friendly staff on reception, hope to stay here next time...

The rooms are small but very nicely appointed the large shower being a particular treat. Great location and nicely decorated. Would thoroughly recommend....

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Thistle. The hotel is very welcoming, impeccably clean, and comfortable. The service is warm and friendly. Nothing was too much to ask. I would gladly go back there. It deserves the rating that I am giving it....

The hotel is modern and very clean, we got a room upgrade overlooking Hyde park which was really nice. The room was spacious enough, big comfy bed and all the staff were brilliant, especially Roberta and Esme. Will definitely use again, breakfast was good to. Have been given a voucher for free breakfast next time as well. Tube station not far to walk, good base for days out to....
