The room was perfect with a fabulous view over the Thames Tower Bridge and the Shard. The bathroom needs attention as the shower head did not work properly and showering was difficult if not impossible...

We stayed at the Tower Hotel for a night after going to a West End theatre. The room was fine (had a view of the Thames), the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Will certainly consider staying at the Tower Hotel again the next time we visit London....

We stayed in an executive double room with a view that was outstanding of tower bridge! Room was clean, plenty storage, bed was comfortable and the hotel generally was of a high quality. Would definitely come back again x...

Staff atvthe hotel were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was comfortable with little extras such as robes, slippers and complimentary mini bar. We stayed B&B and the food was lovely. Also ate at the Vicinity Bar in the hotel, again great good and a fantastic view...

From the moment we walked through the entrance we knew that we were going to have a fantastic stay . This trip was booked to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary, and this hotel really exceeded our expectations, all staff were very polite and nothing was too much trouble, hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and very well situated for tours, food again was fresh and very well presented ....

Large hotel with plenty of choices for bars/restaurants. The room had fabulous views from the window. Room clean and comfortable, good facilities. The location was excellent for a base to explore St Katharine`s dock and the area around the Tower of London....
